    All the benefits

    Ovulation Assist
Inositol can help restore or regulate ovulation to get those periods back on track—which is key if you’re trying to conceive or simply trying to manage your cycles.
    Hormone Balancing
PCOS often comes with an extra side of androgens (like testosterone), which leads to those frustrating symptoms like facial hair growth, acne, and male-pattern baldness. Inositol helps get those hormones (and their havoc) under control.
    Egg Quality
Inositol takes a multipronged approach to helping follicles develop, which means better quality eggs. In IVF, studies have shown higher clinical pregnancy rates in patients who took Inositol.
    Insulin Sensitizing
Did you know 65 to 70% of people with PCOS are insulin-resistant? Inositol helps the cells respond to insulin for more stable blood sugar and less risk of PCOS’s

All the good stuff in it

    Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro-Inositol
In each sachet, you’ll find a 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol to D-Chiro-Inositol—the recommended dose and ratio by fertility doctors so you get the max benefits to manage your PCOS and improve your pregnancy outcomes. Studies show Myo-Inositol can help insulin sensitivity and regulate cycles, while D-Chiro-Inositol improves egg and embryo quality in those using IVF to conceive. They work best when taken together in that doc-recommended ratio, which is why we’ve included both, perfectly measured out in each daily sachet.

What you may be asking yourself right now

Is this product right for me?
Bird&Be PCOS Support is designed for people with PCOS. Its benefits can support you while trying to conceive. For example, for PCOS patients undergoing IVF, Inositol has been shown to improve outcomes. Outside of fertility, it also helps with managing PCOS symptoms, including acne, unwanted hair growth, irregular cycles, and weight gain. Suspect you might have PCOS? It’s worth a chat with your doctor to understand if Inositol could help.
    What is PCOS?
PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) is a hormonal issue that affects about 1 in 10 females. It affects how the ovaries work, contributing to irregular or absent periods and ovulation, reduced insulin sensitivity, and potentially trouble conceiving.
How do I know if I have PCOS?
Those with PCOS often notice irregular or absent ovulation, and/or other symptoms like excess facial hair, acne or weight gain. Often, doctors will also look for bloodwork results indicating high androgens and/or ultrasound results showing an abnormally high number of antral follicles (these are the “cysts” that the condition gets its name from) to diagnose PCOS. It’s a complex condition that expresses itself in many ways. If you suspect you may have PCOS, talk to your doctor about further investigation.
    What is Inositol?
Inositol is a form of sugar, naturally produced by the body and in some foods. Research has shown that Inositol has an effect on insulin and supplementing with Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol at the correct doses can help to manage symptoms of PCOS and contribute to better fertility outcomes, including improved egg quality and reducing the risk of gestational diabetes and preterm birth.
Can I take Inositol with my other supplements and medication?
PCOS Support can be taken alongside any Bird&Be supplements safely. Inositol is also very safe to take with other medications, including Metformin (another PCOS-management treatment), though we recommend checking in with your doctor prior to use if you have any questions.
How and when should I take PCOS support?
PCOS Support comes in a powder, packaged in daily sachets. Take one pack per day, mixed in a glass of water (or your drink of choice). Our Inositol is taste-free and while it can be taken at any time and alongside any other supplements, we recommend taking it in the morning to really feel those insulin-sensitizing effects throughout the day.
How long do I need to take PCOS Support for?
To see the benefits of Inositol—which include greater insulin sensitivity, regulated ovulation, and improved egg quality—at least 3 to 6 months of continual use is needed. Studies so far have shown no negatives associated with continued or long-term use, making it a great option for PCOS management outside of fertility.
Can I take PCOS support if I’m pregnant or chest/breastfeeding?
There are no known risks of taking Inositol during pregnancy or for breastfeeding individuals, but we do recommend checking in with your doctor prior to use to make sure it’s still beneficial. For some, Inositol can help reduce the risk of gestational diabetes (especially if you struggled with insulin-resistance pre-pregnancy), while in others it could contribute to low blood sugar.
    What’s the difference between Myo-Inositol vs D-Chiro-Inositol?
Both Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol help with insulin sensitivity, but they work in different ways. Myo-Inositol activates glucose and hormones and affects FSH sensitivity. D-Chiro-Inositol stores glucose (for energy) and reduces androgens (like testosterone). Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol need to be balanced and it’s this imbalance in the body that contributes to some of the symptoms of PCOS. To restore this balance, Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol work better when paired together, and studies have found that a 40:1 ratio of Myo-Inositol to D-Chiro-Inositol (with a daily dose of 4 grams of Myo-Inositol) is the most effective at managing PCOS symptoms, including regulating or restoring ovulation.
    Is PCOS Support vegan?
Yes! Myo-Insositol and D-Chiro-Inositol are both vegan, making PCOS Support a great option if you follow a plant-based diet.
Are the PCOS Support sachets recyclable?
Thank you for thinking about the environment—it’s important to us too! The total plastic weight of a whole month’s worth of sachets is 70% less than the plastic tub you often see Inositol sold in. Our sachets are recyclable, though you’ll need to check with your municipality to confirm what they accept. Having trouble? Just reach out to us and we can help.

I highly recommend Bird&Be prenatal supplements to all my patients who are trying to conceive. They provide a personalized and convenient approach, which makes their prenatals more efficient and enhances patient compliance.

I'm thrilled for patients to be able to access higher and more effective doses of key ingredients than I've seen in other prenatals - three cheers for choline and CoQ10!

Having an evidence-based approach to fertility-focused supplements is a key component to optimizing success, and it’s great that Bird&Be’s scientifically-backed prenatals are accessible to everyone, regardless of whether they’re seeing a fertility specialist.

Bird&Be has hit all the right marks for prenatal and preconception care. They’ve removed the guesswork from patients' supplement regimes, while emphasizing dose education and including usable, active ingredient forms.

Personalizing the formulas based on the individual's needs makes Bird&Be's supplements much more effective, especially for those who require a much more intensive regimen to support conception.

    New Routine

This little packet has become apart of my morning routine. After less than a month of taking it, plus some diet & supplement changes, I have ovulated for the first time in 3 months. It’s tasteless, I have added it to many different drinks with no issue!

Found results in the first month!

Since going off burth control, my cycles were anywhere from 45-55 days, with my ovulation being all over the place. In the first month of taking the PCOS, my ovulation was on day 19, and my cycle was only 35 days. Second month, my menstruation was incredibly tolerable (instead of excruciating and heavy), and my ovulation was on day 15. Such a HUGE difference! Highly recommend to anyone having PCOS issues. It is truly life changing.

    the best I've found!!

I have been diagnosed with PCOS for a couple years now and have tried other types of pcos supplements, but never found there was an easy answer to how much/how often I was suppose to take it. I often found It was too overwhelming and so I just would stop taking it. I LOVE that these are super easy to take, they can go into everything as they have no taste. I have found that after taking them for the last two-ish months,I have less cravings, less face hair, and I've been able to lose a couple pounds! 100% recommend it. I love it.

    Regulated my cycle immediately!

While I was only formally diagnosed with PCOS recently, I have been struggling with the symptoms for years. My cycle has been a mess, making tracking my body's 'normal' difficult - especially as a fertility patient.

I had tried dietary changes and strict sleep hygiene as a way to manage PCOS, which did basically nothing. I started taking the bird&be PCOS Support supplement daily in my coffee and by the end of the first box I had a period. I was encouraged, so kept taking it. Now that I've finished my second box, I've had two regular cycles in a row and I am absolutely sold on this product. I haven't been able to predict my period in years.
Taking this, in combination with continued good sleep and mindful eating, has been a game changer. I feel really good and have a sense of of control of my upcoming fertility treatment plan.
If you're considering this, just try it! It's an easy packet to add to whatever you're already drinking and you notice the affects on your body really quickly.
