FAQs
How soon should we start a prenatal before trying to conceive or starting fertility treatments?
For your best bet, start taking a prenatal supplement at least three to four months before you start trying to conceive. This lead-up window is key for supporting the healthy development of your eggs and sperm. Sperm can take up to three months to fully mature, which is why it is safe (and even recommended!) to take The Power Prenatal at least three months before trying to conceive (TTC). Learn more.
How do I switch products as I move into new stages?
As a subscriber, you have complete control over your subscription—at any time you can switch, add or cancel products from your customer portal. To learn more about how to switch products see our subscription FAQ here.
Why should males be taking fertility supplements?
Male factor contributes to 35-50% of infertility cases, but sperm health is often overlooked when it comes to prenatal vitamins. Sperm is continuously produced and is sensitive to stressors and micronutrient deficiencies. Prenatal vitamins for men can improve sperm quality through providing essential micronutrients like zinc, selenium, DHA, folate, and vitamins B12, C, and E. Learn more.
