I love that I can separate what I’m taking to do it in a way that’s easier for my stomach to handle/absorption. The iron doesn’t seem to bug me (much) either which is crazy because iron usually makes me sick even with food. I’ve not had a good experience with single multivitamin, they all make me sick or give me hives, so I figured a separated option like this was going to be far better since I could just omit anything bugging me without sacrificing taking the whole vitamin. I’ve moved on to the complete prenatal with calcium + vitamin d + magnesium boost now & love those too!

These were a nice sweet & sour treat that made my life much easier during my first trimester nausea.

I trust bird & be & love the packs. The subscription is great (usually am nervous to sign up) they made it really clear, easy to stop/change if i need to and the shipments have been reliable. Hoping they make a difference in our effort to have another baby!

After really enjoying the prenatal vitamins, I felt like my body needed something postpartum so I ordered the recovery bundle. I love how they come packaged and it makes it really simple while you’re in the trenches of having a newborn. Unexplained infertility is confusing.

After 14 months initially trying to conceive, we had so many plans, hopes and dreams. Just shy of 18 weeks at a routine appointment, just days shy of our anatomy scan, those hopes and dreams were crushed. How were we going to tell my step sons whom were coming back for the week expecting to find out if they were going to have a little brother or a little sister? How were we going to move forward?

These are the best vitamins I’ve ever taken. I never have any heartburn, reflux or bad aftertaste. And the iron being in its own capsule is really convenient in case the meal I am taking them with is dairy dominant….I can just take the iron later or maybe skip it that day.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 4 years after our miscarry. We were feeling deflated, we're both healthy and were taking multivitamins. We are finally pregnant! I truly believe the ingredients in these vitamins are superior in quality and absorption rate.

PCOS Support

I have a very sensitive stomach, but they have not been hard on it at all. I feel better, with more energy and stronger. We’re getting ready to start TTC, so I can’t say if they’ve helped me get pregnant or not, yet. But I definitely recommend these if you’re getting ready to start trying.

I've used this test in both positive and negative cycles and I would absolutely recommend it. When it is negative, there is no shadow or indent to make me doubt. On another cycle, I've had a positive as early as 8 days before my missed period. Because it is cheap and convenient I could keep testing every 2 days and watch lines get darker.

Just be aware that testing this early makes it possible to notice some chemical pregnancies that we would have missed.
