    Benefits

    Also found in

Eggs, beef liver, salmon, soybeans, broccoli

  • Chromiumas chromium citrate Per serving: 100 mcg Percent daily value: 222%

  • Copperas copper citrate Per serving: 2 mg Percent daily value: 154%

  • Folateas 400 mcg folic acid, 600 mcg calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate Per serving: 1 mg Percent daily value: 278% 1,667 DFE
    Benefits

Supports DNA synthesis, egg quality, and neural tube development in early pregnancy.

    Why this form

Governing health authorities recommend that all reproductive-aged females take at least 400 mcg DFE (which stands for "dietary folate equivalent") via Folic Acid daily for at least 2 to 3 months before conception, and then increase to 600 mcg DFE during pregnancy. Our formulas meet that requirement. And for those with MTHFR mutations, which means you can process some Folic Acid but not super efficiently, we also include 5-MTHF at 1,000 mcg DFE. So whether you have a MTHFR mutation or not, you won’t get too much to cause any health concerns, while still getting more than enough to support your body and baby before and during pregnancy.

    About the daily value

We include two forms of Folate: Folic Acid and L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). Only Folic Acid has been proven to prevent neural tube defects, making it the recommended form by the CDC, ACOG, SOGC and Health Canada—and something we'd never skip out on. But because some people have a gene mutation (MTHFR) that limits their ability to process Folic Acid, we also include the more bioavailable 5-MTHF. This rare hybrid approach gets a thumbs up from both OB/GYNs and naturopathic doctors—which is why you'll find Bird&Be supplements sold in fertility clinics and naturopathic clinics across the United States and Canada.

    About the daily value

Think of Vitamin A as a Goldilocks nutrient: you don't want too much or too little. We include a moderate dose so that you don't overdo it with dietary sources mixed in.

  • Vitamin B12as methylcobalamin Per serving: 500 mcg Percent daily value: 17857%
    Benefits

Supports egg quality, red blood cell production, and energy metabolism for fertility.

    Why this form

We use the most bioavailable form of Vitamin B12 so that your body can put it to use easily.

    About the daily value

Vitamin B12 is extremely important for fertility and pregnancy; having too little is linked with ovulatory issues, implantation failure, poor egg and embryo quality, miscarriage risk, and neural tube defects. But only 1 to 2% of B12 in supplements actually gets absorbed, so we use a higher dose to help ensure that sufficient levels make it into the bloodstream (this is especially important for vegetarians and vegans, as dietary B12 is found in animal products). Vitamin B12 is non-toxic even at high levels, and any excess gets excreted via urine.

    Also found in

    Benefits

Helps regulate hormones, supports progesterone levels, and reduces PMS symptoms.

    About the daily value

We include extra B6 (while still sticking below the tolerable upper limit) because it's important for hormone health and research suggests there may be a link between B6 deficiency and early pregnancy loss.

    Also found in

Bananas, poultry, potatoes, fortified cereals, chickpeas

  • Vitamin Cas ascorbic acid Per serving: 100 mg Percent daily value: 83%
    Benefits

Supports immune health, boosts iron absorption, and improves progesterone levels.

  • Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol (vegan) Per serving: 1,000 IU Percent daily value: 167%
    Benefits

Supports hormone balance, egg quality, and overall reproductive health.

    Why this form

This form of Vitamin D is not only vegan, but also more effective, bioavailable, and stable than D2.

    About the daily value

Because it's estimated that 40% of Americans and Canadians are deficient in this crucial vitamin, we make sure to follow the recommendation of dosing above the daily value. (It's so important, in fact, that we also offer an extra dose in our Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D Boost.

What's Happening
Inside Over Time

  1. 30 Days

    Support Starts Immediately

Clinically-dosed nutrients get to work supporting hormones, building folate stores, and protecting developing eggs from oxidative stress.

  2. 60 Days

    More Cellular Energy

Eggs rely on mitochondria to mature, and mitochondria need fuel. CoQ10 and acetyl-L-carnitine support that energy production. You'll likely feel more energy too.

  3. 90 Days

    A Full Egg Maturation Cycle

The egg you release this cycle started maturing ~ 90 days ago. You've now supported an egg through its entire development window — from early follicle to ovulation.

  4. Continued Use

    Every Cycle Counts

Consistent daily use means your eggs develop with the nutrients it needs each cycle and your folate stores stay ready for the earliest days of pregnancy.

Success Stories

"I was genuinely amazed by the results during my egg retrieval."

My doctors had estimated a maximum of 8 eggs, but I ended up retrieving 14, with 10 fertilized and 6 reaching the blastocyst stage. For anyone familiar with the IVF process, that's an incredible outcome, well above the typical averages."

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack and the Complete Prenatal Pack?

The Complete Prenatal Pack and the Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack share the same foundation of essential nutrients needed for pregnancy, including Vitamin D, a hybrid of Folic Acid and Methylated Folate, Iodine, Iron, Selenium, Zinc, Choline, and Vegan DHA.

What’s different about the Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack is that it gives your eggs an extra dose of lovin’ if you’re trying to conceive. You’ll get a boost of CoQ10, NAC, and other antioxidants to provide your eggs with the fuel they need to optimize outcomes.

Can I still take this prenatal if I am pregnant?

All of our prenatal formulas have been cleared by our top doctors and prepared with your and your baby’s health as the number one priority!

If you become pregnant while taking Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack, we recommend finishing the box and then switching over to The Complete Prenatal Pack for your next order to get all the essentials you need for your growing babe, as the Female Fertility Power Prenatal formula contains some antioxidants that you no longer require in pregnancy. These ingredients are safe, but unnecessary, once pregnant.

If you are feeling queasy in pregnancy, start out with The Gentle Prenatal (for females) as an option that is formulated for sensitive stomachs.

If you need to switch your subscription sooner, email us at hello@birdandbe.com and we will be happy to help you.

Can I still take this prenatal if I am breastfeeding?

We recommend waiting until you have finished breastfeeding before starting antioxidants—especially if you are exclusively breastfeeding, as that is the infant’s sole source of nutrition. If breastfeeding is only occasional or infrequent toward the end, it is generally less of a concern. As always, we suggest consulting your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

When can I start taking these prenatals and for how long?

We recommend taking The Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack at least three months before you start trying to conceive, to get your eggs and body ready for conception and optimize your journey. You can take all of the supplements together after a meal, three hours before or after other medication. It’s important to take one sachet daily to ensure your body is getting the best combination of nutrients it needs to support you and a future pregnancy. If you are already pregnant, we recommend The Complete Prenatal Pack as a super comprehensive prenatal supplement, or The Gentle Prenatal if you are feeling nauseous.

Can I take them all at once?

Yes! It is safe to take them all at once, after a meal, three hours before or after other medication. In the morning, afternoon or at night. You may also choose to split them up if you prefer, but always take them after you are finished your meal.

Why does this product say ‘female’ instead of ‘women’?

However you identify, our products are named for your biology, not your gender. The Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack is inclusive of all individuals with eggs and/or a uterus who are preparing or trying to conceive.

Have a specific question about our products? Please send us a message at hello@birdandbe.com and we will be happy to help you find the right products for you and/or your partner.

Is The Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack vegan?

Yes! The Female Fertility Power Prenatal Pack is fully vegan. Our CoQ10 is made with vegetable gelatin.

Can I take this product if I'm taking other medication?

Consult your health care practitioner prior to use if you're taking medication. We suggest spacing out your supplements from medication by at least three hours.

For product specific warnings, please visit our ingredients overview page, click on the product you're interested in to read the full ingredients panel, recommended use and warnings.

What does B12 do and why do I need so much?

You might’ve noticed that our formula’s 1 mg of Vitamin B12 is well above the amount that’s typically recommended per day in pregnancy. But there are good reasons for that! First, it’s important to understand how crucial B12 is in pregnancy. Along with its better-known counterpart Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 helps keep homocysteine from building up. That’s crucial because high levels of homocysteine have been linked to neural tube defects, pregnancy loss, preterm delivery, restricted fetal growth, preeclampsia and other cardiovascular complications.

Unfortunately, it can be hard for your body to get enough B12 without a little help. In your diet, you can only get it from animal products, and your absorption can be affected by certain autoimmune conditions or even just taking antacids.

Because it’s so critical for pregnancy (and before, so that you can build up enough stores by the time the neural tube develops in early pregnancy!), it’s important to cover your B12 bases with a prenatal supplement. There’s no set upper limit for Vitamin B12 nor is there an established toxic level, but our naturopathic doctors suggest that optimal levels should be much higher than the recommended daily allowance. That’s why we pack 500 mcg of a bioavailable form of Vitamin B12 called Methylcobalamin in The Complete Prenatal Pack,The Female Fertility Prenatal Power Pack and The Gentle Prenatal for females. Learn more about Vitamin B12 on The Nest.

Love the name change, much more clear what it is

I find it tough being consistent with daily supplements. But this has been the best option for me as I try to have a pack in my purse, in my lunch kit for work, and in my locker at work so I can always stay on track. I do find it tough swallowing the last few pills, but for what I’m getting it’s worth it. Friends who I’ve spoken to about fertility as well as articles I’ve read have all consistently recommended the ingredients that are all in this prenatal pack. So I feel confident I am getting the best supplement coverage for my fertility as well as overall health.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Truly helped me during my IVF journey at 43 💚

I’m 43 years old and started taking Bird & Be Power Prenatal with CoQ10 Boost in March, before I began my IVF treatments. I’ve been taking it every single day since, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best supplements I’ve ever used.

The daily packets make it so easy!! just open one and you know you’re getting everything your body needs. I felt stronger, had more energy, and even my bloodwork during IVF looked great. I really believe the CoQ10 and antioxidants helped support my egg quality.

Now I’m finally at the stage of egg retrieval, and I’m so thankful I started Bird & Be early on. It gave me peace of mind and hope that my body was ready for this process.

If you’re trying to conceive, especially in your 40s, I truly recommend this. It’s not just vitamins,it’s a little box of hope every day. 🌸 ( my first review I forgot to put 5 stars on that ! I need to do it again to make sure they get it , because they deserve a 5 star! )

Great prenatal

I've recently started taking these, adding a separate vitamin D3 supplement to reach the full 2000 IU I need. So far, they've been great! The individually packaged daily packs are definitely the highlight—super convenient to grab, take, and go.

I haven’t experienced any side effects, which is a big plus. The only downside (which I’m pretty sure can’t really be helped) is the strong pill smell when opening the pack. It’s a bit overwhelming at first and makes my brain momentarily hesitate—but thankfully, it dissipates quickly.

I spent a good couple of days comparing brands, their ingredients, and the amounts of each ingredient. I weighed my options, and these were way more superior to other "like" brands.

Pregnant first try!

My husband and I both took our respective prenatals with coq10 boost for four months prior to trying. We got pregnant first try! We are over the moon excited and can’t help but wonder would this have been possible without the support of bird and be? I also used Mira ovulation tracker so I know we timed everything perfectly.

Helped me conceive twice in my late 30s :)

I'm 39 and just found out I'm pregnant again after just having my last baby 10 months ago. I had tried for several months before starting on the power plus prenatal and conceived my 2nd cycle on them. I continued taking Bird & Be prenatals throughout my pregnancy and while breastfeeding, switched back to the power prenatal once I got my cycles back, and conceived again within a couple of months. 🥰

So grateful I found you.

My fertility specialist (one of the best here in Chicago) suggested this company. I’m so grateful for clinically regulated and proven vitamins that have this balance! I’m so terrified of every step of this sometimes beautiful, sometime horrible journey. I’ve spent so much time researching every nook and cranny of everything I’ve had to even consider along this rout through IVF and finally being able to trust that I’m not being sold snake oil, and knowing I’m getting the nutrients I need is such a relief. Like, take anything off my plate that you can please! I love these guys and have suggested them to all my “trying” friends. Highly recommend.

They Are Worth It

My husband and I were successful after one month of taking the Power Packs with the COQ10 boost. We believe all is dependent on God's timing, and I found out about this company after months of trying and praying for God to bless us with a child if he saw fit.

Amazing product!

So much easier to just grab the one packet in the morning than dealing with bottles of vitamins. And the fish oil doesn't give me fish breath or burps! I was a little nervous about the iron but haven't experienced any side effects. Very happy with this companies products, highly recommend!

Fully Comprehensive Vitamin Satchet

I took these vitamins for months before even trying to conceive with our donor. While not trying, I noticed my energy levels, hair, skin, and nails were great. That strong dose of Vitamin B is great for energy. It took four ovulation rounds to get pregnant. I’m 34 years old and 6w5d pregnant now. Sometimes the pills are hard to swallow but it’s worth it. Hoping for a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby. I’ve got one more box of the power prenatal to finish and then I’ll go down to the prenatal essential vitamin. Great that it’s HSA and FSA covered too!

Everything I could ask for.

Love these. They're a great combo and good price. They recently redid the packaging of all the vitamines and its worlds better!!!! So handy and easy now. Make sure you take the green multi with food. Most vitamins I'm fine without, but this one I was sick real quick. Lesson learned. Hasn't happened since.

Also, customer service is amazing. I've contacted them once and they got back to me right away and were so kind and helpful. Really is a great company with great products to support.

Efficient, easy and hopeful effective

When I found out that I don't have to do all the research and figure out what vitamins and brands are needed to enhance our fertility ( both male and female) I couldn't wait to try it.

I don't feel any changes yet. We have tried it for 2 months so far.

But in terms of how easy it is to just take one package a day is a bliss.

We love the packaging, the branding and the educational content around each product.

Well, pregnant on the first try!

I’m sure there are plenty of factors and I trust this is God’s timing. But, I firmly believe these supplements aided in our quick success. I started taking them in October 2023, tried for the first time to conceive (flo app) when I was fertile in November and I am 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant today. Highly recommend these supplements.

Well...worked fast!

First of all, I know nothing is a miracle but I thought at 35 yrs old, why not do all I can? Can't hurt! But here I am pregnant a month after starting my power prenatal! Love the convenient side, I am so forgetful and having it on hand in my purse was perfect! Now I switched to Gentle prenatal subscription.

So convenient but not only that….

I am usually late in writing reviews or forget to write them completely but this review is one I just could not forget to write. We were recommended to Bird&Be from our fertility clinic and from the start- I had only good things to say. Their packets are super convenient- everything is all in one place, just slip it in your bag and go. I feel healthier when I take them and also rarely skip my pills now because I don’t have to sit there and prep them for the week. Whenever I send an email with a question or concern, it is answered super quickly as well. Unfortunately, as many of you know- the fertility journey isn’t always smooth sailing for everyone and I had a miscarriage recently. Its been a really difficult time as this was my first pregnancy and it ended so unfortunately. I contacted Bird&Be to let them know I have to switch formulas (from the Gentle Prenatal back to the Power Prenatal). They were so kind and supportive and even sent me a “one step at a time” box. They managed to make me smile during such a dark, difficult time and I am so grateful for that, it’s something I’ll never forget. Thank you guys so much once again for the care you provide and for reminding us that things will eventually get better. Sometimes thats all we really need to hear and feel.
