Get insights about your egg quantity with an easy at-home urine FSH screening test.
Collect first morning urine in a clean, dry container (like our reusable collection cup). Remove the test strip from the sealed pouch. Note: The test strip and urine have to be at room temperature (thatβs 50Β°F to 86Β°F, or 10Β°C to 30Β°C). (Donβt refrigerate!)
Dip the strip into the urine with the arrow pointing towards the urine and hold it there for 10 seconds. Don't let the urine level exceed the MAX marker line on the test strip, otherwise the test may not perform accurately. Never dip the handle (colored end) into urine, with the absorbent tip (sample end) pointing up.
Remove the strip from the urine and lay it flat on a clean, dry, non-absorbent surface.
Set your timer for 10 minutes, then read the results by comparing the colored band on the T (test) line against the Color Reference Chart. Do not read the results after 15 minutes.
