    Sperm do their best when they gear up for game time early. Get ready with Vitamins A, C and E, Zinc and Selenium to help boost sperm count, motility and morphology. Meanwhile a hybrid of Folic Acid and Methylated Folate (5-MTHF, the active form of Folic Acid) along with Vitamin B12 and Choline do their part to defend against DNA damage.
    Algae Oil DHA (Omega-3) (x1)
    Every cell in your body needs this Omega-3 Fatty Acid, but it’s not something you produce naturally and many diets fall short. Low DHA intake tends to mean lower sperm counts and motility. It’s also essential for sperm’s mechanism to fertilize an egg. Our DHA comes from algae oil so there’s no fishy aftertaste.
    Essential Antioxidants for Males (x3)
    Fight free radicals with a powered-up antioxidant formula. Trans-Resveratrol improves sperm concentration and motility, and can even reverse cell damage caused by certain pollutants.     What’s different about The Power Prenatal for Males?
    What’s different about The Power Prenatal for Males is that this formula gives your sperm an extra dose of lovin’ if you want to further support your swimmers. The Power Prenatal will give you a boost of CoQ10 (Coenzyme Q10), NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine), Trans-Resveratrol and other antioxidants to provide your sperm cells with the fuel they need to perform optimally.
    When should I start taking these supplements?
    Sperm can take up to three months to fully mature, which is why it is safe (and even recommended!) to take The Power Prenatal at least three months before trying to conceive (TTC). You can continuously take these supplements as you try to conceive, and safely stop taking them once pregnancy is underway!
    Why does this product say β€˜for Males’ instead of β€˜for men’?

    However you identify, our products are named for your biology, not your gender. The Power Prenatal for Males is inclusive of all individuals who are trying or preparing to conceive.

    Can I take them all at once?
    Yes! It is safe to take them all at once, after a meal, three hours before or after other medication. In the morning, afternoon or at night.
    Are the Powers for Males vegan?
    Yes! The Powers for Males are fully vegan. Our CoQ10 is made with vegetable gelatin.
    What does B12 do and why do I need so much?
    You might’ve noticed that our formula’s 500 mcg of Vitamin B12 is well above the amount that’s typically recommended per day in a multivitamin. But there are good reasons for that! First, it’s important to understand how crucial B12 is for sperm production and the male reproductive organs. Along with its better-known counterpart Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 helps keep homocysteine from building up. That’s crucial because high levels of homocysteine have been linked to poor sperm quality, low sperm count, reduced motility and higher DNA fragmentation. This can often result in longer times to conception and early pregnancy loss.

    Unfortunately, it can be hard for your body to get enough B12 without a little help. In your diet, you can only get it from animal products, and your absorption can be affected by certain autoimmune conditions or even just taking antacids.

    Because it’s so critical for sperm DNA replication, it’s important to cover your B12 bases with a prenatal supplement. Sperm reproduce every three months, so you’ll want to give them a steady supply of B12 while they’re regenerating. There’s no set upper limit for Vitamin B12 nor is there an established toxic level, but optimal levels need to be much higher than the recommended daily allowance in order to have a therapeutic effect on sperm quality.     Can I take this product if I'm taking other medication?

    It Works!

    My husband and I were TTC for about 6 months when my doctor ordered a semen analysis. We got the results back and there were several areas that were abnormal, motility being the biggest one.
