I love the three products I use! And this one the most! It’s what helped me get my PCOS symptoms under control and get my cycle regular! So worth it!

We took these for a couple of months. They didn't mess with my digestion as long as taken after dinner. My partner noticed an improvement in his energy levels and was kind of disappointed to stop taking them after I got pregnant (8 weeks :) I used the ovulation tests, and then found out with the pregnancy tests. I'm always happy to support a women-owned Canadian company and I have to say that the classy, discreet branding is a major plus! Now I'm onto the gentle prenatals. TBH I kind of feel like Bird&Be is taking care of me, so thank you!

Super gentle on my stomach, love that they are pre-packaged. High quality supplements. I used several products during our ttc journey and feel strongly that they helped us conceive.

The only downside is the number of tablets required per serving. Taking multiple pills at once feels a bit excessive and can be inconvenient, especially when traveling or on busy days. If the dosage could be combined into fewer tablets, this would easily be a five‑star product.
Overall, a very good vitamin supplement, just wish it was easier to take.

Love the convenience of this vitamin pack - the prepackaged set helps make sure I get all the vitamins I need and works well for a busy mom of two. Perfect in the postpartum months when you want to keep things simple, quick, and efficient!

I really enjoy this product as I’ve been feeling good during my pregnancy. I haven’t been sick and I think these are helping me stay healthy.
I do have an issue with the taste of the multivitamin but otherwise I’m happy.

Worked great for me! They're so convenient and one of the only supplements I could find that had everything recommended included all in one.

Easy to have on the go compsre to have to have multiple bottles for each vitamin.

The Postpartum

I switched to this formula from the power pack and would give this one 10 stars. Way better taste, no fishy burps, and doesn’t bother my sensitive stomach. Highly recommend!

PCOS Support

I liked the Female Fertility pack's label- it has the necessary nutrients in the right amounts for TTC, along with a CoQ10 option (good for those over 35). Choline was low but prenatals typically are. The daily packets were convenient to have everything in one spot, especially when traveling or on the go. Customer Support was responsive and helpful. Two downsides: 1) the packets are not labeled as BPA-free, 2) the company does not disclose third-party testing results for nutrient amounts and presence of heavy metals. You have to take their word for it, which is a gamble for your own health and your future baby's health. I am switching to another company that is more transparent with what is truly in their products.
