3. Make meaningful lifestyle adjustments

Your overall health affects your fertilityβ€”now’s the time to quit smoking, limit alcohol, eat better, prioritize sleep, and reduce stress. Studies show it all helps.

From Our Founders

For too long, the conversation around fertility has been placed almost entirely on women. The tests and appointments, the lifestyle adjustments, the questions that never quite leave your mindβ€”these burdens are often carried alone.

First and foremost, we see you.

We know the strength it takes to show up in this journey day after day, and we see the imbalance of carrying the emotional (and physical!) weight of it.. We know that silence can make that weight even heavier.

But fertility isn’t just a “women’s issue.” It’s a shared experience. And men matter in this conversation, too. Their health, habits, and choices play an important, though often overlooked, role.

Let’s start treating growing a family like it’s 50-50β€”because it is.

This is an invitation:

To the men who want to be present and proactive.

To the partners who want to support not just emotionally, but physically.

To the future dads who know that the responsibilities of parenthood start well before that positive pregnancy test.

Because when both partners stand shoulder to shoulder, when responsibility is shared and the conversation is open, something shifts. The load feels lighter. The path feels less lonely. And the future feels more possible.

We’re here to help build that future. One rooted in honesty, equality, and the belief that everyone deserves to be seen and supported in this journey.

It’s time to move from “her burden” to “our journey.”

It’s time to call men in, not leave them out.

It’s time to share the load.
