    When you’re trying (or thinking about it!), this comprehensive blend includes easy-to-absorb Iron to help your blood transport oxygen, Vitamin D for calcium absorption and immune aid, and Iodine, Zinc and Selenium for thyroid support. Already pregnant? A hybrid of Folic Acid and Methylated Folate (5-MTHF, the active form of Folic Acid) along with Vitamin B12 and Choline support fetal brain, spine and nervous system development. And while most prenatals pack a Vitamin A precursor called Beta-Carotene, this one has the vitamin preformed so it can get straight to work.
    Algae Oil DHA (Omega-3) (x1)
    Every cell in your body needs this Omega-3 Fatty Acid, but it’s not something you produce naturally and many diets fall short. During pregnancy, you need even more DHA because it gets used up fast for fetal brain, nervous system and eye development. Our DHA comes from algae oil so there’s no fishy aftertaste.

    Can I still take this prenatal if I am pregnant?

    All of our prenatal formulas have been cleared by our top doctors and prepared with your and your baby’s health as the number one priority!

    If you become pregnant while taking The Female Fertility Power Pack, we recommend finishing the box and then switching over to The Complete Prenatal Pack for your next order to get all the essentials you need for your growing babe, as the Power Prenatal formula contains some antioxidants that you no longer require in pregnancy. These ingredients are safe, but unnecessary, once pregnant.

    If you are feeling queasy in pregnancy, start out with The Gentle Prenatal (for females) as an option that is formulated for sensitive stomachs.

    Can I still take this prenatal if I am breastfeeding?

    We recommend waiting until you have finished breastfeeding before starting antioxidants—especially if you are exclusively breastfeeding, as that is the infant’s sole source of nutrition.

    If breastfeeding is only occasional or infrequent toward the end, it is generally less of a concern. As always, we suggest consulting your healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

    Is The Egg + Sperm Support Bundle vegan?

    Yes, the Egg + Sperm Support Bundle is fully vegan. Our CoQ10 is made with vegetable gelatin.
    What does B12 do and why do I need so much?

    You might notice that our formulas contain more Vitamin B12 than what’s typically recommended in a multivitamin—and for good reason.

    For people with eggs, Vitamin B12 works alongside Folic Acid to help keep homocysteine levels in check, which is important because elevated homocysteine has been linked to neural tube defects and other pregnancy complications.

    For people with sperm, B12 supports sperm production and DNA integrity. Low levels are associated with poor sperm quality, reduced motility, and higher DNA fragmentation.

    Because B12 is difficult to obtain and absorb—especially without animal products or with certain medications—our doctors recommend higher therapeutic doses. That’s why we include 500 mcg of bioavailable Methylcobalamin in both the Female and Male Fertility Power Packs.
    Can I take this product if I'm taking other medication?

    Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking medication. We suggest spacing supplements at least three hours apart from medications.

    Having all my prenatals easily packaged and ready to go takes some of the daily stress away. The ingredients are what my health care providers have recommended, and the subscription service means I never have to think about how many I have left.

    The vitamin packets are convenient and good quality. They were recommended both by my doctor and naturopath. I only wish you could customize the bundle to have one with the CoQ10 boost and one without. There are significant cost savings with the bundle but both of us don’t require the CoQ10 boost so we either need to pay more to get the supplementation or purchase the supplementation separately elsewhere.
