Its very mild on the stomach, no side effects. Worked well for me.

I don’t feel sick when I take this one. Love the individual packets so I can throw a few in my purse and work bag so if I forget first thing in the morning I can take it later in the day!

My.husband isn't a fan of the amount of pills he's gotta take. His motility nu.bers have doubled in the last 3 months. We are hoping his actual count goes up soon too

I like that it so easy to take, I take it after meal since its sweet and sour, it's basically my dessert. It has a strong smell but tolerable.

This is my third pregnancy but first taking Bird&Be products - this is the best I’ve felt and I have to believe some of it is due to my body being looked after by the right dose of prenatal and vitamins. I’ve combined the prenatals with the magnesium (etc) supplements and I haven’t experienced restless legs this time around or pregnancy insomnia - what a win. The individual packs also keep me on top of taking them daily.

i have been enjoying these vitamins as much as a pregnant person can! i love that they don’t have a smell to them so i am able to get them down easier than other vitamins. they are easy on my stomach. i like that they come in a pouch and are ready to go.

Have been taking them 3x/week consistently and daily if remembered. I've noticed my menstrual cycle isn't has painful as before, this is the first time in a long time where I wouldn't need midol. The daily packages makes them easy but it's hard to get over the earthy smell/taste of the multivitamins.

This is a serious game changer post partum. I have been taking these for 5 months now and this is my 2nd baby my milk is definitely increased when I take these and I generally have more energy.
