6 years ago my wife and I had a still born at 30 weeks pregnancy. We were both depressed since then and couldn't conceived for the next years.

We gave birdandbe a shot before we were about to sign up for IVF. We both took the Sperm with COQ10 and Egg COQ10 package for 2 months and my wife got pregnant.

She took all the prenatal vitamins (gummies for the first trimester as she had severe morning sickness).

Fast forward to September 27th of 2026- our baby boy was safely delivered at 37 weeks.

We couldn't thank you guys enough for this wonderful blessing- it is the best gift my wife and I had received in our 10th year anniversary. ❤️🥰

PS. We recommend the same products to our couple friend who had difficulty conceiving because of PCOS- but she is now on her 16th week of pregnancy .

Our family doctor recommended we take supplements with CoQ10 during our fertility journey. After some research we went with this brand; doctor confirmed both the male and female fertility packs had everything she wanted us to be taking. After 3-4 months of taking these, combined with other lifestyle changes, results were quick to follow! Overall a great experience with the company and the product.

Doesn’t get any easier to make sure you’re getting all the extra things you need in the season of postpartum. My husband has horrible immunity and sees a naturopath, who got him taking tons of supplements. The problem is the bottles drive me crazy. They take over our cupboard, and he always forgets to take them because they're tucked away. I've taken Bird&Be from IVF to postpartum and now as my daily supplement. So I convinced him to switch to Bird&Be too and he immediately got so much better at taking his supplements. And my cupboards are looking so much better lol

I used these prenatals and postnatal with my first pregnancy and I will without a doubt be using for my second! I recommend them to every mom I talk to !

Not a fan of supplements but these have really been life changing. Immediately after taking these I got so much better, physically and mentally. Highly recommend!

Good product, so helpful in all angles

All the essentials packed in one!

My OB/GYN recommended I switch to the Bird&Be Complete Prenatal Pack, and I’ve been really happy with it. It’s convenient, has everything together in one pack, and it’s been very easy on my stomach. I’m really glad I made the switch.

These are my favorite pregnancy tests while TTC. They’re easy to use, simple to read, and I love that they’re designed for early testing. Having reliable tests on hand makes the waiting a little easier. Definitely a staple for me! 💗

I started taking this prenatals when I was 4 weeks pregnant after switching from a different brand. The first few weeks, I'd say until week 12 the smell of the pills was very strong and I had to force myself to take them. It was probably because the sense of smell is enhanced while pregnant and on top of that the first trimester nausea. After week 12, I got used to them and I could still smell them but it wasn't that strong. I'm 14 weeks postpartum and I'm still taking them. I had a healthy baby. I'd say the iron wasn't enough and I had to supplement with a separate iron pill.

Bird & Be was kind enough to send me their Fertility Power Prenatal Pack to try, and I am truly impressed at the dosages of everything included. I haven’t found any other prenatal that includes 200mg of CoQ10 AND Omegas. This is so convenient and impressive. My only suggestion would be to up the selenium to 200mcg for us Hashimoto's girlies.

The supplements are so useful for daily routines and travel! I’ve appreciated that they are easy on the stomach and conveniently packaged.

I’ve never been a regular vitamin or supplement taker. Sure the intentions are there. I purchase them and look at them promisingly every couple of days thinking, oh, right, I’ll take those tomorrow. WELL! I knew I needed to support my body and wellness after a very difficult twin pregnancy so I put these out in the open where I see them every day. After about 15 days of religious use, I forgot to take them once. I slept poorly, I felt achy and tired. I rolled out of bed wondering what had changed and when I got to the kitchen to pour myself a cup of tea, it hit me the second I saw them. I had forgotten to take my vitamins. I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t feel outstandingly great when I take them, but when I don’t take them I realize how good I feel when I do. These supplements make me functional, bringing me back to a solid baseline. I can feel them supporting my well-being.
I did some pretty solid research on my postpartum options and I feel really confident about what I’m making up for by taking these. Throw in some added protein and fibre, a good yogurt-chia-pumpkin seed-berry parfait, some sweet potatoes, a couple eggs everyday and my nutrition panel is pretty complete. I will certainly recommend bird & be to other mamas.

Complete Prenatal Pack

My PCOS has always caused me to have irregular periods. Within 1 month it regulated my periods. It is now regular to the exact day. It’s also stopped my chin hair from growing out so much that was caused by my PCOS

Two miscarriages, turned to IVF. My husband and I both took these supplements with the coq10 boost (male and female versions). My doctor (and the four others I saw during the IVF monitoring morning sessions) predicted MAX 5 eggs at retrieval. We got 15, all mature, 14 fertilised, 9 blasts and 7 euploids. Truly phenomenal.
