By subscribing, you agree to the following terms. Your subscription will automatically renew every 27 days, and your payment method on file will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may adjust, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date—including changes to products, quantities, and shipping frequency. No cancellation or modification fees apply. Refunds and returns are subject to our standard return policy; please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for details. Subscription pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice. By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Subscription Rewards
Discounts are automatically applied to eligible subscription orders based on a customer's historic total subscription orders processed. Progress is not reset upon cancellation or resubscription—customers will resume rewards eligibility from their total subscription order count. Rewards discounts apply to subscription orders only. Discounts remain applied through product swaps and skipped orders. Any discount applied to a scheduled order at the time of cancellation will be forfeited and cannot be reapplied upon resubscription. Bird&Be reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Rewards are subject to change—the perk available at each milestone will reflect the program terms in effect at the time that order is processed.
