Your Supplements Have ChangedβBut Not Their Baby-Ready Benefits
Your new Complete Prenatal Pack contains the clinical-grade nutrients and third-party-tested ingredients that doctors recommend, now in a gentler formula.
Learn About the Changes
The Prenatal Essentials for Females is now the Complete Prenatal Pack.
Weβre rolling out name changes across our supplements so that who theyβre for and what they do is clearer than ever.
The new name for our Complete Prenatal Pack reflects what it truly is: a full-spectrum formula that supports you before and during your pregnancy.
Powerful New Name
Gentler Formula
Stand-Alone Iron Pill
We have the best customers who share tons of love and feedback for our supplements. Weβre always listening, and are proud to share updates to our products, all done to make your journey easier.
Hereβs your complete guide to the changes.
With your feedback and pregnancy in mind, we updated the formula.
But donβt worry, you still get the same incredible pregnancy benefits for you and babe in every pack. We made small but meaningful changes to support tolerability without compromising on what matters.
Reduced Zinc
Weβve switched to a gentler-on-the-stomach and more bioavailable form of Zinc (Zinc Bisglycinate)βand reduced the amount (from 25 mg to 13 mg), while still ensuring you get the recommended daily value.
Reduced B12
The new reduced B12 dose (from 1,000 mg to 500 mg) meets your needs and still aligns with what doctors recommend (which is typically above the daily value recommendation, since the body doesn't absorb B12 efficiently).
New Iron Formulation
Youβre still getting Iron at the dose recommended by doctorsβweβve just formulated it so itβs in its own capsule to support better stability and gentler digestion. It also allows those who have been advised to skip or temporarily stop taking Iron to continue taking the rest of their prenatal without ditching the whole pack.
Removed Calcium
Calcium has been removed from this pack so that Iron can shineβno competition for absorption. Itβs also a nutrient that's readily available in most diets, allowing us to prioritize super essential Iron. If your doctor recommends additional Calcium, consider the Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D Boost, the perfect complement to your routine and designed for nighttime.

“A high-quality, research-backed prenatal vitamin with the right ingredients is importantβbut it only works if you take it consistently. Thatβs why formulation matters, too. Bird&Be Complete Prenatal Pack is now gentler on the stomach, but still has the crucial nutrients in the right forms and at the right doses, so you have one less thing to worry about, even if pregnancy nausea is getting you down.”

Your Complete Prenatal Pack Questions, Answered
Why did the formulas change?
Our goal is to make the very best, clinically effective supplements, so weβre always evolving and listening to feedback. We made this formula a bit gentler to ensure even those with the most sensitive stomachs will take their prenatals every day and benefit from the important and necessary ingredients recommended by doctors during pregnancy.
Is the new formula as effective as the previous one?
It was extremely effectiveβand still is! Youβre still getting all the nutrients needed in pregnancy, at the doses and in the correct forms to support you and your baby.
Why did you remove Calcium?
Calcium is important in pregnancy, but itβs also a nutrient thatβs readily available in most diets, and youβll find it in many fortified foods. Itβs also often cited as a nutrient that can interfere with Ironβs absorption. While in our previous formula, the amount of Calcium included wasnβt high enough to mess with your Iron, out of an abundance of caution, weβve removed it here because Iron is so important in pregnancy. If you still want (or your doctor recommends) you take additional Calcium, try our
Calcium + Magnesium + Vitamin D Boost
. It includes 350 mg of the nutrient and is formulated to be taken at night (thanks to relaxing Magnesium).
Why did you reduce B12?
Supplemental doses of B12 are often very highβfar beyond the recommended dietary allowanceβbecause your body only absorbs about one to two percent of it from supplements, and it can flush out any excess via your urine (making it low risk for getting too much). Although weβve lowered the amount included in our formula, itβs still high enough to ensure youβre meeting pregnancy needs (even with that low absorption rate).
Will the taste and texture be any different?
No, you wonβt notice any changes to the taste and texture of the supplements. You will notice an extra pillβthatβs the Ironβso your daily dose is now 4 capsules.
Are the prices changing?
Nope! Youβre still getting doctor-backed supplements in easy once-a-day packs at a fraction of the cost of buying all the ingredients separately.
Can I still get the old formula?
No, weβll be phasing out the old formula and replacing it with the new one.
