Our Early Results Pregnancy Tests are 99% accurate when used the day before your expected period. And the accuracy earlier than that is really high too: In a lab study, the test detected 98% of pregnancies two days before the expected period, 97% three days before, 89% four days before, and 68% of pregnancies five days before.
