User Research Survey Sweepstakes 
Official Rules

The following are the official rules (the “Sweepstakes Rules”) governing the User Research Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) by Bird & Be Co. (the “Sponsor”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED.

  1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Bird&Be Co, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  2. Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 1/27/2026 12:01 AM ET and ends on 2/28/2026 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
  3. How to Enter: Complete the survey provided by Bird&Be Co during the Promotion Period to receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per person. Alternatively, you may enter without completing the survey by sending your name and email to: hello@birdandbe.com.
  4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
  5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 30 days. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
  6. Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bird&Be Co.
  7. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
