Would definitely recommend the LH strips and HCG strips. I have never experienced any sort of confusion on whether or not there is a second line on these HCG strip, unlike other brands there are never βindent or evapβ lines. Will continue to buy!

I was desperate to try these as my original prenatals, which were amazing quality, but unfortunately the nausea was getting so bad with them that I had to open the bottle at arms length and then plug my nose and try to throw them back quickly with a flavoured drink and eventually just the thought of taking them started to make me sick and I started going a few days not taking them⦠so I knew I needed to make a change.
As soon as I opened the bag I started salivating and once I tried them, I was SHOCKED at how DELICIOUS they were! I figured they would be somewhat tasty.. but not like literal tropical peach juice sour candy!π
Iβm now so excited and always looking forward to taking my prenatals, I only wish I could take MORE!!π

I started with the Power Prenatal when trying to conceive and switched to Prenatal Essentials once I got pregnant. Both vitamins were fantastic and I am convinced they significantly helped me to get pregnant and then to have a healthy pregnancy. Plus, the packaging is so convenient! I have continued to take the prenatal essentials postpartum because I have been so happy with them! Thank you Bird and be!
Nice for days when I donβt want to swallow multiple pills and easy on the stomach. I wish there were more (mild) flavors available. This flavor is a bit too punchy so I sometimes want to skip when nausea is bad. After three months Iβve really grown tired of the flavor. Additional mild flavors (e.g. pear, elderberry, honeydew, green tea, apple cider) would be appreciated.

After researching so many different prenatals, we went with Bird & Be and are so happy. Being from Alberta, I am so happy to be able to support a Canadian business! My favorite feature of theirs is to be able to delay their subscriptions. My husband also takes the male prenatal & sometimes forgets, and instead of ending up with unused boxes (which would lead to cancelling the subscription) I am able to delay to whenever needed. Bird & Be also has great customer service :)!
