Honestly I’ve had so many problems with prenatal’s in my past pregnancies, so I tried bird&bee and it’s been the easiest to take and not throw up afterwards! Just about to switch to the postnatal’s.

It gave so much insight to us and relatively simple to use. Would recommend just to be able to use it at home!

I'm very thankful that I switched to this prenatal after nausea and vomiting for several weeks...my old prenatal definitely wasn't helping. I appreciate that this has methyl-folate and a decent dose of choline as well as having a separate iron pill, which personally given my known adequate iron stores, I skip some days due to worsening stomach issues from iron.

Love this prenatal! It has the right amount of all needed ingredients to make a great prenatal. Easy to travel with the individual packets. My only critique would be to offer this without the iron tablet. This would be nice for those who can’t take supplemental iron due to medical conditions ( not a huge deal, I just throw out the iron tablet, but hate to be so wasteful).

Honestly I get so worried about starting supplements. I have a very sensitive stomach and body. I loved that I could take the iron or not. I started by not taking the iron and now I take the full pack and have no side effects. No upset stomach (I do take it with food) and no fishy taste.

I have also noticed in general I feel better and my hair and nails are growing so much.
